Appalling Customer Service and Extremely Poor Workmanship! I would strongly advise anyone considering Dentures 4 You to think twice. My mother had her dentures made here through a government funded dental voucher scheme, and the entire experience was absolutely disgraceful. From the very first appointment, the person responsible was cold, dismissive and extremely unpleasant. He barely acknowledged my mother or me, despite me accompanying her as her interpreter. He hardly communicated, constantly frowned and behaved as though he was doing us a personal favour rather than providing a professional service. Unfortunately, his workmanship was just as disappointing as his attitude. My mother had to return THREE times for adjustments because the dentures were poorly fitted, yet he failed to resolve the problems. She suffered painful blisters and sores inside her mouth, and eventually, the dentures BROKE! Receiving government funded treatment does not make someone any less deserving of quality care, respect and professionalism. The only positive experience was the lovely receptionist, who was welcoming and professional. Unfortunately, her kindness could not compensate for the poor workmanship and dismissive attitude of the practitioner. My mother trusted this business to provide comfortable, functional dentures but was left with pain, frustration and broken dentures. I would NEVER recommend this place, particularly to elderly patients who deserve compassion and competent care. Being entrusted with someone’s health is a responsibility, not a favour. I highly recommend Alex and Dentures 4 You.
I got my first denture just over a year ago. I experienced constant discomfort and was unable to eat certain foods.
I went to see Alex and had him make me a new denture. No more pain, no more embarrassing denture slipping when I eat.

Alex is an amazing technician. He listened to exactly what I wanted and the finished dentures looked absolutely fantastic. They look like my own teeth. Alex is a perfectionist and this shows in his work. And the receptionist Amy is so friendly and welcoming. Makes you feel like you are important and cared about. This was my first time getting upper and lower denture plates. This company was an absolute pleasure to deal with from day 1. Nothing was a hassle , very professional, polite and accommodating. My experience at Dentrues 4 You @ Karingal has been nothing short of amazing, with meeting Amy at the reception desk being so friendly and helpful to the Man of the hour Alex, who fitted me with my beautiful dentures, they are so comfortable and look amazing. I recommend this service highly.
